Constructions/Boxes

Boxes are a new body of work. I began them with the idea of preserving an object, but they have now evolved to where I am transforming the objects inside of them. It is not my objective to either honor the objects inside, nor to create surrealistic/Dadaistic juxtapositions. My intention is to have the objects coalesce to create something different, usually a larger concept or a revisualization of a mythological subject. They are small, intimate worlds.
